Project outline
The Moho Nord joint development project includes two field developments, namely Moho Nord and Moho Bilondo Phase 1bis. Phase 1bis is a subsea tieback to Moho Bilondo FPU. It targets additional reserves in the southern portion, whereas Moho Nord surface facilities (new FPU & TLP) gather the reserves from the northern portion of the licence area.

Services delivered by DORIS
Across the 20,000 manhour project, DORIS:
- Ensured compliance of detailed engineering deliverables with TEPC needs and Interfaces requirements from the other packages (UFR, FPU & Drilling)
- Followed up on the manufacturing and Factory Acceptance Test of all SPS Equipments
- Prepared and ran the Control System EFAT with involvement of the Field Operation team
- Prepared and ran EFAT & SIT of Production Manifold System at construction yard
- Prepared and ran the control system pre-commissioning on the FPU and subsequent assistance to the field operation team for the commissioning and start-up offshore
- Performed Schedule Risk Management to deliver all the SPS Equipments on time
- Prepared the handover of the Project to the affiliate in Congo
