Recruitment fraud
There have recently been a number of recruitment frauds operating in different parts of the world where individuals and/or organizations are contacting job seekers claiming to represent DORIS Group and/or its subsidiaries.
The scammers’ goal is to extort money from candidates by asking for payment upfront for fake ancillary costs (travel agency, visa fees etc.) or to obtain personal and financial information (bank account details, personal address, etc.).
Please be advised that DORIS Group, its subsidiaries or any organization working on behalf of DORIS for recruitment purposes will never request payment nor will it ask for financial information during the recruitment and selection process.
We take this situation very seriously and implement all reasonable measures to identify and stop this type of fraud.
Please find below some prevention tips that you should keep in mind:
Do not make any payments.
- Please check the email address and any web addresses – a legitimate offer can only come from an @dorisgroup.com email address
- Consult and apply for job opportunities on our dedicated recruitment website: https://www.dorisgroup.com/careers/
- Do not disclose personal or financial information to an unknown party.
- Do not respond to suspicious job offers (for example if the offer document seems unprofessional, i.e. poorly formatted with a low quality or distorted logo, or poor grammar).
- You will never receive an offer if you have not had a conversation with one of our recruitment team.
- We do not ask you for personal information such as passport and bank account details early in the recruitment process.
- Please note that all current vacancies are officially advertised on our website careers section but we often work with recruitment agencies to match candidates to job vacancies and advertise roles on LinkedIn (or similar websites)
