We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager position for our Renewable Energy activities based in our Paris Headquarters Office, in the commercial team under the responsibility of the Sales & Marketing VP.

 

 

Job description

Your number one priority in this role will be to define and implement the Renewable Energy strategy to develop our
activities related to both our engineering services as well as our products, with a strong focus on our offshore floating
wind concept.

You will do this through building go-to-market plans based on established business objectives set at a global level. For
each type of activity (engineering services and products), you will have to develop and maintain relationships with
relevant players such as project developers, technology developers, energy producing companies as well as
governmental organizations to position DORIS Engineering as their preferred partner. Business Development activity will
cover the entire world and will be supported by DORIS local offices (including USA, UK, UAE, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan,
Australia). Renewable activities at DORIS Engineering encompass all initiatives related to production of cleaner sources
of energy (Offshore Wind, OTEC / SWAC, Hydrogen, CCUS…).

 

 

Renewable Energy Business Development Manager main responsibilities will be as follows:

 

 

– Gather, report and analyze market intelligence i.e. industry/customer specific unmet needs, market trends, competitor intelligence, technology gaps

– Identify emerging areas of opportunity for the deployment of DORIS Engineering products and services

– Define / update DORIS Engineering business plan for Renewable Energies and implement adapted diversification strategy

– Support and interface with DORIS Engineering technical teams in structuring innovative, technically and commercially viable solutions to respond to market needs

– Support and interface with DORIS tender team and participate to the negotiation of commercial agreements with our customers

– Investigate, identify and respond to financing / subsidies opportunities for the development of our products

– Develop network, manage and enhance prospects and existing accounts relationships

– Participate in international events to promote DORIS Engineering products & services and to develop networking opportunities

– Develop Business development and communication visual supports

– Participate in the communication strategy

– Leverage DORIS Group network to reach our targets quicker and in a more cost-effective way

– Propose & manage strategic partnerships to strengthen DORIS Engineering position

– Report and forecast for internal purpose

 

 

The objective is to generate and deliver new business opportunities to meet our ambitious diversification targets.

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum BS/BA Degree, Engineering Degree

– Min. 5+ years of business development / technical sales experience

– Min. 5+ years in offshore wind business

– Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory

– Experience working with project developers

Job description

DORIS Engineering is looking at reinforcing its team of specialized flow assurance engineers. The application is for a
lead engineer having confirmed experience in offshore & onshore for complex flow assurance issues and of OLGA
software use.

You will be integrated in the DORIS process department and perform engineering activities related to thermo-hydraulic
fluid behavior in pipelines and risers. Your range of activity will cover all markets addressed by DORIS: Oil & Gas,
offshore and onshore engineering, green and brown field projects and emerging markets (e.g. CO2 transport).

Mobility is encouraged within DORIS through several opportunities of abroad assignment on Projects and collaboration
with foreign DORIS subsidiaries.

 

Your scope of responsibilities will encompass engineering projects and discipline development.

 

Engineering projects
You will be involved in a large range of projects from conceptual phases to start-up phases. Your main tasks will be as
follows:
– Carry out and supervise studies from preliminary to detailed engineering stages
– Coordinate activities of the flow assurance team involved in the project
– Liaise and interface with other disciplines (Subsea and Process) and with the client
– Follow planning and guarantee a successful project execution phase
– Identify, define and analyse complex multiphase hydrocarbon transportations schemes
– Recommend operating guidelines to provide field operation support to improve the safety of operations,
– Prepare technical dossiers including basis of design, calculation notes, specifications, etc.

You will liaise and cooperate with other DORIS technical departments such as process, pipeline, subsea production
system, etc.

 

Discipline development
You will participate in maintaining DORIS experience and adapt methodologies and knowhow to the evolution of state of
the art and to the market needs. This includes involvement in R&D activities through internal studies, development of
engineering tools, new software learning, supervision of senior and junior engineers.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in fluid mechanics, thermal transfer, thermodynamic,
dynamic simulations,
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar position on offshore & onshore flow assurance engineering for Oil &
Gas project,
– Good experience of OLGA/ Ledaflow software,
– Fluent English – Good written (including report writing) and verbal communication.

Projets d’ingénierie

– Définition des moyens de lutte active et passive contre l’incendie.

– Définition des moyens d’évacuation d’urgence.
– Modéliser des scénarios de fuite de gaz ou de feu avec un logiciel, type PHAST.
– Analyses de risque en utilisant les méthodes courantes de type HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, etc.
Vous serez rattaché au département installation de surface et rapporterez au lead discipline, ingénieur projet, ou chef de projet.
L’ingénieur sécurité industrielle est en lien et coopère avec les autres départements techniques (process, électricité, instrumentation, structure, mécanique, bureau d’étude, …) dans le cadre de ses attributions projet.

 

Profil
Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent avec spécialisation en sciences industrielles à sécurité industrielle (débutant accepté),
– Organisé, bon relationnel, capable de travailler dans un contexte pluridisciplinaire en interne et à l’international.

Activités
Le(a) projeteur(euse) Tuyauterie et Installation Générale dépend hiérarchiquement du responsable du Bureau d’Etudes, qui dépend lui-même du Directeur de l’ingénierie.
Le(a) projeteur(euse) Tuyauterie et Installation Générale réalise les activités suivantes :
– Conçoit, selon les règles de l’art et à l’aide des données qui lui sont fournies, les tuyauteries requises et leurs
supports, dans une maquette 3D numérique élaborée avec le logiciel PDMS / E3D
– Conçoit et intègre les équipements (tuyauterie, robinetterie, machine tournante…) dans leur environnement
(structure)
– Réalise des études spécifiques ou transverses, préliminaires ou détaillées (en vue de la fabrication ou de la
construction)
– Édite des plans guides ou de détail au besoin (isométriques, plans de supports, plans divers) avec PDMS / E3D
et/ou avec Autocad.
– Fournit un support aux ingénieurs d’études
Les documents principaux à produire sont :
– Plans d’implantation ou d’installation des équipements
– Plans de tuyauterie (isométriques, plans de supportages)

Compétences :

Job Description:
DORIS Engineering is looking for an experienced mechanical rotating engineer who should act as lead engineer on Oil & Gas and on Offshore Renewable projects.

Your range of activity will cover all markets addressed by DORIS: Oil & Gas, offshore and onshore engineering, green and brown field projects. Your scope of responsibilities will encompass engineering projects and discipline development.

Engineering projects
You will be involved in a large range of projects from conceptual phases to construction phases with a wide variety of activities, including but not limited to:

– Rotating Mechanical design of offshore topsides, onshore plant, subsea facilities (specification, data sheet, 3D model)
– Preparation and supervision of site survey, onshore and offshore
– Vendor technical follow-up including Request for Quotation preparation, technical clarification, and Vendor data review.

You will be responsible for the mechanical rotating studies performed in-house or the follow-up of subcontracted studies with direct communication with our clients/contractors.

You will liaise and cooperate with other DORIS technical disciplines (process, layout, 3D model, structure, electrical, instrumentation,…) part of your assignment on projects.

Discipline development
As lead of the mechanical discipline, you will participate in maintaining DORIS experience and adapt methodologies and knowhow to the evolution of state of the art and to the market needs. This includes involvement in R&D activities through internal studies, development of engineering tools, supervision of trainee.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
– M.Sc or equivalent with specialization in mechanical,
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore & onshore mechanical rotating engineering for Oil & Gas project,
– Experience shall cover the following type of equipment: generator, compressor, pumps, crane, handling,
mechanical package such as chemical injection …
– Experience at Vendor would be a plus,

Il/elle s’assurera que lesdites propositions soient soumises en temps et en heure tout en étant conformes au cahier des charges, cohérentes et commercialement viables.

Périmètre d’activités
– Revue de la consultation (appel d’offre, demande de cotation ou simple demande d’informations) et évaluation préliminaire des risques et des opportunités pour DORIS Engineering,
– Présentation de la consultation et des risques et opportunités au Directeur Commercial pour choisir la réponse la plus appropriée et la stratégie à mettre en place,
– Définition des actions à lancer en priorité compte tenu des délais de soumission,
– Echanges avec le Client, les partenaires et/ou les éventuels sous-traitants,
– Travail en commun avec département ingénierie pour clarifier la prestation, rédiger les qualifications techniques à inclure dans la proposition et estimer les budgets d’heures nécessaires,
– Travail en commun avec le département juridique et financier et avec les conseillers fiscaux pour rédiger les qualifications contractuelles et commerciales à inclure dans la proposition et pour obtenir les garanties bancaires exigées ainsi que les couvertures de change,
– Revue des propositions préparées par les sous-traitants,
– Établissement du montant de la proposition, en se basant sur les budgets d’heures estimés,  Préparation et organisation de la réunion de revue de proposition pour recueillir les commentaires de la direction générale,
– Participation aux réunions de clarifications techniques, commerciales et contractuelles avec le Client,
– Négociations avec le Client pour remporter l’appel d’offre tout en préservant les intérêts de DORIS Engineering,
– Si la proposition est retenue, transfert de toutes les informations pertinentes au Chef de projet désigné,
– Suivi de la préparation du contrat / la commande du Client.

Profil
– Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur /école de commerce
– Expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste équivalent dans une société d’ingénierie, évoluant de préférence dans le secteur de l’énergie.
– Expérience de propositions complexes dans des environnements internationaux/multiculturels.
– Compétences confirmées en commerce et négociation et une bonne compréhension de base du langage contractuel.
– Anglais courant impératif,
– Grande aisance rédactionnelle,
– Esprit d’équipe, flexibilité,
– La maîtrise de l’outil CRM Salesforce serait un plus,
– Maîtrise du Pack Office,
– Mobilité en France et à l’étranger pour de courts déplacements.

Job Description:
DORIS Engineering is looking for an experienced electrical engineer who should act as mainly lead engineer on Oil & Gas and potentially on Offshore renewable projects.
Your range of activity will cover all markets addressed by DORIS: Oil & Gas and Marine Renewable Energies, offshore and onshore engineering. Your scope of responsibilities will encompass engineering projects and discipline development.

Engineering projects
You will be involved in a large range of projects from conceptual phases to construction phases with a wide variety of
activities, including but not limited to:
– Electrical design of offshore topsides, onshore plant, subsea facilities, submarine cables (specification, single line
diagrams, data sheet, 3D model, calculation note, technical room definition….)
– Preparation and supervision of site survey, onshore and offshore.
– Vendor technical follow-up including Request For Quotation preparation, technical clarification, and Vendor data
review.
You will be responsible for the electrical studies performed in-house or the follow-up of subcontracted studies with direct communication with our clients/contractors.
You will liaise and cooperate with other DORIS technical disciplines (process, mechanical, instrumentation, 3D model,
safety…) as part of your assignment on project.

Discipline development
As lead of the electrical discipline, you will participate in maintaining DORIS experience and adapt methodologies and
knowhow to the evolution of state of the art and to the market needs. This includes involvement in R&D activities through internal studies, development of engineering tools.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

– M.Sc or equivalent with specialization in electrical,
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore Oil& Gas electrical engineering, HT BT and submarine cable,
– Experience in renewable projects would be a plus,
– Fluent English – Good written (including report writing) and verbal communication,
– Good working knowledge of applicable regulations, codes of practice, international standards
– Good experience of ETAP software
– Familiar with 3D model viewer software Naviswork
– Mobility required in particular for collaboration with foreign DORIS subsidiaries and participation to surveys in
France and abroad offshore and onshore.

Job Description:

DORIS Engineering is looking for a Senior Process Engineer with a strong expertise in Natural Gas Processing (dehydration, sweetening and liquefaction), wishing to lead design and process engineering studies in the Oil & Gas market, and who should act as DORIS Gas Processing expert and technical referent for the process discipline.

You will be involved in a large range of projects from conceptual to detail engineering design with a wide variety of activities, including but not limited to:
– Definition of design basis and dimensioning rules;
– Modeling and simulation of hydrocarbon production processes;
– Establishment of material, energy and utility balances;
– Sizing calculations of hydrocarbon production equipment and utilities such as separators, columns, pumps, compressors, expanders, exchangers, control valves, …;
– Development of process diagrams (PFD, UFD, P & ID, PSD, ESD);
– Writing calculation notes and study reports;
– Writing principles of operation and control of facilities.

The position will be attached to the Process Department. You will be assigned within a multi-discipline (piping, mechanical, instrumentation, 3D model, safety…) project team, as a Senior Process Engineer under the responsibility of the Lead Process Engineer, or as a Lead Engineer under the responsibility of the Project Manager depending on your experience and the type of Project. You will supervise Junior Engineers.

In addition, as DORIS Gas Processing expert and technical referent, you will also participate in maintaining DORIS experience and adapt methodologies and knowhow to the evolution of state of the art and to the market needs related to Natural Gas Processing (dehydration, sweetening and liquefaction). This includes involvement in R&D activities through internal studies and development of engineering, calculation and modeling tools.

Your scope of responsibilities will also encompass support to Business Development and DORIS sales & marketing department during bid process.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
– A degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering (MS or equivalent);
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in Natural Gas Processing (dehydration, sweetening and liquefaction), with good
knowledge of Patented process;
– Good knowledge of thermodynamics, process simulation (HYSYS or equivalent), numerical computation and
computer programming are required;
– Good working knowledge of applicable regulations, codes of practice, standards;
– Fluent English – Good written (including report writing) and verbal communication;
– Good relationship quality for management of internal (with other discipline) and external (with client) interfaces
– Mobility required for abroad assignment on Projects and collaboration with foreign DORIS subsidiaries.

Vous travaillerez sous la supervision d’un ingénieur lead expérimenté et serez notamment impliqué dans les activités

– Les études de faisabilité, de basic engineering ou de detailed engineering de structures en acier offshore et

– Les analyses et le dimensionnement de structures en acier en accord avec les hypothèses et les méthodologies

définies dans la design basis et la design brief,

– La rédaction des notes de calcul pour les conditions de service et les conditions temporaires,

– Le contrôle des plans de structures afin de s’assurer de la cohérence avec les résultats des différentes analyses

effectuées.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets variés parmi les différents marchés couverts par DORIS Engineering : l’Oil & Gas

offshore et onshore, les Énergies Marines Renouvelables, le génie côtier et l’Industrie Spatiale.

Ce poste présente des perspectives d’évolution professionnelle vers un poste d’ingénieur senior ou lead structure.

 

Profil:
