DORIS developed a corporate-level methane management framework aligned with international best practice and OGMP 2.0 requirements.
Project outline
The Corporate Emissions Management Strategy established a structured framework for methane governance, reporting and reduction across operated assets. The objective was to align corporate standards with international expectations while embedding practical and measurable reduction targets.
Services delivered by DORIS
DORIS designed a comprehensive corporate methane management framework integrating governance, reporting, operational controls and performance tracking. This included development of emissions standards, internal accountability structures and harmonised reporting protocols aligned with OGMP 2.0.
A Marginal Abatement Cost Curve (MACC) was prepared to prioritise mitigation measures based on economic efficiency and emissions impact. The team facilitated stakeholder workshops to embed ownership across operational teams and developed implementation roadmaps with defined milestones and KPIs.
Supporting economic and financial modelling enabled informed investment decisions, ensuring that methane reduction targets were both technically achievable and commercially justified.
